This marks Jesse’s seventh appearance at Reykjavík Food & Fun, solidifying his place as one of the most beloved returning chefs in the Food & Fun family.
Jesse studied fine arts before beginning his culinary career. He first gained acclaim as the executive chef at Bar Pilar in Washington, D.C., where his ever-changing menus, featuring modern American cuisine with Asian and Peruvian fusion, earned him well-deserved recognition. His approach is rooted in seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, simplicity, and creativity!
